Kathryn Edwards has a passion for design and creativity. “I love creating great design that also reflects my client’s personality”.
Kathryn’s is known for her impeccable use of color. She is a master of creating interesting spaces with layers of hues accented with an intensity of color while successfully flowing room to room.
Owner of Houston’s Savannah House, Kathryn brings over 30 years of design experience to her work. She was only 17 when she designed a furniture line with her father that she marketed and sold to the University Coop, while just beginning her freshman year in design at The University of Texas at Austin. She also designs much of her lighting after years of intense lighting experience in the family lighting business she ran. Many of her interiors include custom furniture, cabinet, and lighting design that often utilize antiques incorporated into unexpected uses.
Kathryn Edwards is a graduate in design from U.T. at Austin, a licensed Interior Designer and an Industry Partner member of ASID. In addition to design, she enjoys her ranch life with her family, including her new Bed and Breakfast project in Cat Spring Texas. Kathryn is also very committed to her work for Camp For All, a nationally recognized camp serving special needs children; where she is the Past President of the Friends Board.
