Suzanne B. Duin’s Biography:
Dynamic and ingenious Suzanne B. Duin is an established Houston based ASID Interior Designer and owner of Maison Maison Antiques. She acquired her firm GB Design, Inc. after her mother’s retirement and with her innate talent evolved the company into a reflection of the chic innovation that makes it unique within the industry.  Her design studio, situated above the Maison Maison showroom, is where she creates individual styles that are an expression of her clients’ lives and interests.

Suzanne’s residential practice and showroom are known for their distinct combinations of hand selected European antiques from her travels abroad and clever reinventions of peculiar objects. The fondness she possesses for past centuries craftsmanship leads her to recreate and design matchless pieces with sensible, yet rich details. Her love for antiques and their ability to mingle style and history is what inspired her to open Maison Maison in 1997.

Suzanne’s designs and store have been featured in numerous regional and national publications such as Martha Stewart Living, Beautiful Homes, Country Home, Kitchen and Bath Ideas, Country Decorating Ideas, Better Homes and Gardens, H Texas Magazine, Gloss, Houston Chronicle, Art Galleries & Artists of the South, and Houston Lifestyles and Homes. But what she finds most rewarding is her clients’ delight with the finished results.
